It is the start of my junior year of high school. I was told this is the most difficult year of high school because it is the year you work the hardest. This news doesn't thrill me.
I am currently taking two advanced placement classes, one of which is AP Language and Composition. For this class I must write three blog posts a week about a specific topic. As much as I am looking forward to beginning this project it also makes me nervous; once I attempt to write about a topic I tend to throw it out the window and look for another. This blog will challenge me to "stick to" talking about my subject(s) of choice and hopefully learn more about the subject(s) and myself.
I want to focus on writing about Christianity and how God affects every aspect of our lives. The direction of my writing might change through out the year but for now that is what I want to write about. I recently came upon a book, "The Evolution of God" by Robert Wright. I will incorporate my thoughts about this book into my blog posts.
I also discovered a blog called "Beauty Redefined." I can't wait to share my ideas about what I learn from this blog.
